The coverage patients receive while under this program is limited to the Conditions and Providers specified in the agreement. We highly encourage our patients to obtain a regular Health Insurance Plan to be covered for treatment of conditions, medications, specialists and tests not included in the scope of this program.

We do not treat chronic pain, substance abuse nor addictions. We do not treat ObGyn patients, psychiatric conditions, emergency conditions, terminally ill patients nor patients who need hospitalization. We do not treat patients with Munchausen syndrome or Factitious disorder. We do not prescribe opiates or controlled substances. We do not fill out legal nor work related paperwork including but not limited to: FMLA, Workman compensation, Disability, Medicaid, Immigration, MVA insurance claims, or similar paperwork.
